**This tutorial is more specifically for OOT, I'm not 100% sure what to do with cubic ninja so please keep that in mind **You'll need two entry points to get into homebrew for this to work (in my case OOT hax and ironhax both worked on 10.3 so I used them) **First off you need to have homebrew working and be on 10.3.0.28, if you've already updated and don't have another 3DS then this won't work and you'll have to wait until things get more figured out
